How does it work?

1. Contact me

Fill the online form or send me an email at contact(a)casez.at to describe your project. I will get back to you within one to four working days.

2. Meeting

I will provide you with a first set of ideas to help narrow down your preferences. Depending on your project, we may find it helpful to call or even meet in person or online to discuss the project and select materials.

3. Three designs

I will send you three possible designs along with their corresponding price propositions, and you can choose your favorite. We can still make small modifications if needed at that stage.

4. Creation

With the design finalized, I will begin the creation process. At this stage, I kindly request a non-refundable payment of a third to half of the final amount. The piece will be ready in four to ten weeks, depending on the project.

5. Delivery

Your jewel is now ready! You can either meet me in person for pickup choose to have it sent by post after making the final payment.
